Hello, I'm İlker Özmen. I spent the first 18 years of my life in Hatay and the last 8 years in Istanbul.

I studied Architecture at Istanbul Technical University and Management Information Systems at Boğaziçi University. After these experiences, I entered the real estate sector with Coldwell Banker, a field my family has been involved in for 20 years, giving me insight into many of its key aspects.

During my Erasmus studies in Italy, I also had the opportunity to visit Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Spain. With my strong command of English, I am confident in my ability to connect you with our international clients.
